A late Victorian oak hall chair in the Gothic Revival style, the backrest featuring a distinctive pointed steeple-like silhouette with a central pierced arch. Within the opening is a rectangular relief-carved panel depicting a stylized botanical motif of leaves and berries against a textured, punched ground, bordered by six circular patera motifs. The solid wood seat is decorated with an inlaid line border and a carved sawtooth edge to the front and sides, supported by two front legs with turned and tapered sections featuring geometric detailing near the top, and two square-section raked rear legs. The construction utilizes traditional mortise and tenon joinery characteristic of the late 19th century.
