These terms cover purchases made on Bubble Interior. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Each item listed is a single, individual piece. Once sold, an item is removed from sale — we cannot guarantee availability until an order is confirmed.

Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and include no hidden fees beyond what's shown before payment.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to the usual statutory exceptions. See our Returns page for how to start a return.

Items sold by other businesses

Some items on Bubble Interior are sold by other businesses, not by us. Their product pages say “Sold by” and give the business’s name and address. Every other item is sold by Bubble Interior. When you buy an item from another business:

your contract of sale is with that business. It is responsible for the item being as described, for sending it to you, and for your legal rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and the legal guarantee;
Bubble Interior runs the website and takes your payment on the business's behalf. Paying us counts as paying the business;
the business sends the item to you itself, normally within 3 business days of your order, and you pay the delivery price shown at checkout;
to cancel, return an item or complain, email us at support@bubbleinterior.com. We pass your message on and help settle it, and if the business does not deal with a valid request, we refund you;
every business is checked by us before it can sell here, but we do not inspect the items they sell.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
