A late Victorian or Edwardian oak glazed tabletop display cabinet, the neoclassical-style moulded cornice featuring an ebonised finish with gilt-painted banding over a pair of glazed doors opening to reveal a modern decorative interior. The interior is lined with paper featuring a pattern of flying cranes amidst stylized foliage in gold and grey tones, fitted with two wood shelves having gilt-painted front edges. The lower section comprises four small drawers, the first and third finished in ebonised black and the second and fourth retaining a natural oak finish, all fitted with white ceramic knob handles.
