A late 20th-century mahogany and mahogany-veneered twin pedestal desk in the George III style, featuring a rectangular top inset with a three-panel red leather writing surface finished with gold-tooled borders, over a central long drawer flanked by two short drawers, the twin pedestals each containing three graduated drawers raised on plinth bases, the drawers fitted with brass-toned swan-neck handles on decorative shaped backplates and central keyholes (no keys present), together with a mid-to-late 19th-century Victorian mahogany balloon-back chair having a scroll carved central splat and cabriole front legs, the seat upholstered in a pink and cream floral damask fabric.
