A 20th century oak Jacobean style dining suite, comprising an extending dining table and eight (six plus two) ladderback chairs. The rectangular table top has straight edge profiling and pull-out extending leaves, supported by a heavy shaped trestle standard base with stretcher. The set of matching ladderback chairs comprises two carvers and four side chairs, each having wavy horizontal rails, turned uprights with finials, and turned front legs united by stretchers, the padded seats upholstered in an Art Nouveau William Morris style floral and foliate woven fabric.
